The terms “Company,” “The Dirty Buffalo,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to the specific entity (corporate or franchise) that owns and operates The Dirty Buffalo restaurant to which you are applying. The Dirty Buffalo Restaurants L.L.C. is not involved in or has any control over a franchise employee’s terms and conditions of employment. The Dirty Buffalo Restaurants L.L.C. does not have access to franchisees’ employment records. Any employment-related questions regarding a franchise restaurant should be directed to the franchisee.
