The Flavor(s) of the Week – 5 NEW FLAVORS!!!

This weeks “Flavor(s) of the Week” are… Honey Mustard sauce, Sweet Curry Heat sauce, Ruffalo rub, Fiery Old Bay rub and Mango Habanero rub!  Instead of focusing on one sauce, we’re doing FIVE!!! As of today we’re rolling out a new, revamped menu (featuring 30 sauces/rubs) and we wanted to allow our wing night fans to get first crack at the new sauces! You’re welcome!

Wednesday Wing Night includes $.65 Bone-In & Boneless wings, runs from 5-7PM and is dine-in only. Remember, we also do Thursday night Boneless Wing Night from 5-7PM.

7/29 is NATIONAL WING DAY!

Hampton Roads!  It’s National Wing Day, so please don’t disappoint yourselves and go anywhere else for your wings today!  There’s only one place in the 757 to get real, authentic Buffalo Wings and it’s here with us at The Dirty Buffalo.  To celebrate we’re running a few specials from 7 PM to 9 PM (get it, 7-2-9?), that include 10 boneless wings for $7.29 (there’s that number again) and 10 of our famous Bone-In wings for $10.29!  We’ve also got an adult beverage on special all day that ONE would say is “Straight Outta BUFFALO”.  So stop in and see us, because going anywhere else, would be uncivilized!

The Flavor of the Week – Tonkatsu Sauce

This weeks “Flavor of the Week” is… Tonkatsu Sauce!  Tonkatsu is a Japanese style BBQ sauce that was suggested by one of this evenings bartenders, Owen.  Props to Chef Sharif for cooking it up, everyone here seemed to love it so get here tonight and give it a try!

The Flavor of the Week – Spicy Cherry Mustard

This weeks “Flavor of the Week” is… Spicy Cherry Mustard!  Think Honey Mustard but with the added kick of a traditional Buffalo sauce and a subtle hint of cherries to sweeten it up!  Hat’s off to Russ for coming up with this one on the fly, it’s delicious!  Get here tonight and give it a try!

Fish Fry-Day Special – “One Buffalo Battered” Fish ‘n’ Chips

Dirty Buffalonians!  We’ve added another “Taste of Home” to our beer batter arsenal and decided to use Southern Tier’s One Buffalo! If you have yet to try our fish, you don’t know what you’re missing! The Fish Fry-day Special is a massive portion of fish atop a mound of our famous beer battered french fries, served with a small side of coleslaw & your choice of tartar sauce or malt vinegar. 

Fish Fry-Day Special – “Shandy Battered” Fish ‘n’ Chips

Dirty Buffalonians!  With our recent string of luck with the warm weather, we figured todays batter should have a “summery” flavor! With that being said, tonight’s beer batter is made with Leinenkeugel’s Summer Shandy! The Fish Fry-day Special is a massive portion of fish atop a mound of our famous beer battered french fries, served with a small side of coleslaw & your choice of tartar sauce or malt vinegar. 

The Flavor of the Week – Texas BBQ

This weeks “Flavor of the Week” is…Texas BBQ!  For back to back weeks we’ve featured distinct regional BBQ flavors, last week with the Hawaiian BBQ and this week we’ve got Texas!  This tangy BBQ sauce contains various peppers grown in & around the Southwest and is tame enough for all to try!  Make sure you make it in this wing night to give it a shot.  Wednesday Wing Night includes $.65 Bone-In & Boneless wings, runs from 5-7PM and is dine-in only. Fish Fry-Day Special – “Honey Brown Battered” Fish ‘n’ Chips & Chef Sharif’s Jalapeno Hush Puppies

Dirty Buffalonians!  What better way to start off your Memorial Day weekend then with a Fish Fry?! Tonight’s beer batter is made with Rochester’s own, Honey Brown Lager!
