Fish Fry-Day Special – “Shandy Battered” Fish ‘n’ Chips

Dirty Buffalonians!  With our recent string of luck with the warm weather, we figured todays batter should have a “summery” flavor! With that being said, tonight’s beer batter is made with Leinenkeugel’s Summer Shandy! The Fish Fry-day Special is a massive portion of fish atop a mound of our famous beer battered french fries, served with a small side of coleslaw & your choice of tartar sauce or malt vinegar. 

The Flavor of the Week – Texas BBQ

This weeks “Flavor of the Week” is…Texas BBQ!  For back to back weeks we’ve featured distinct regional BBQ flavors, last week with the Hawaiian BBQ and this week we’ve got Texas!  This tangy BBQ sauce contains various peppers grown in & around the Southwest and is tame enough for all to try!  Make sure you make it in this wing night to give it a shot.  Wednesday Wing Night includes $.65 Bone-In & Boneless wings, runs from 5-7PM and is dine-in only. Remember, we also do Thursday night Boneless Wing Night from 5-7PM.

Fish Fry-Day Special – “Honey Brown Battered” Fish ‘n’ Chips & Chef Sharif’s Jalapeno Hush Puppies

Dirty Buffalonians!  What better way to start off your Memorial Day weekend then with a Fish Fry?! Tonight’s beer batter is made with Rochester’s own, Honey Brown Lager! In addition to the fish we’ve got Chef Sharif’s Jalapeno Hush Puppies on deck, so make sure you stop in tonight!  The Fish Fry-day Special is a massive portion of fish atop a mound of our famous beer battered french fries.  The fish is served with a small side of coleslaw & your choice of tartar sauce or malt vinegar. 

The Flavor of the Week – Hawaiian BBQ

This weeks “Flavor of the Week” is…Hawaiian BBQ!  We’re wishing for a little warmer weather here in Hampton Roads, so let this sauce transport you to the Hawaiian Islands!  This tangy BBQ sauce features the distinct flavors of Pineapple and REAL bacon, definitely a must try!  Wednesday Wing Night includes $.65 Bone-In & Boneless wings, runs from 5-7PM and is dine-in only. Another Friday means another Fish Fry-Day, Dirty Buffalonians!  Tonight’s beer batter is made with VA Beach’s own, Young Veterans Jet Noise Double IPA! Make sure you stop in tonight for our Fish Fry-day Special and get a massive portion of fish atop a mound of our famous beer battered french fries.  The fish is served with a small side of coleslaw & your choice of tartar sauce or malt vinegar. 

The Flavor of the Week – Búfalo Del Sur

This weeks “Flavor of the Week” is…Búfalo Del Sur!  Translated to Buffalo of the South, Búfalo Del Sur is a traditional Buffalo Sauce with a blend of southwestern spices & peppers.  For a description, think Taco meets Buffalo wing!  This one is limited to 6 per person and is sure to sell out, so make sure you get in here to try it! Triple D & The Flavor of the Week – Buffalo Soldier

In honor of our special guest visit this week, the “Flavor of the Week” is… Buffalo Soldier!  With Guy (No, Guy will not be here) & the Triple D crew in town, they requested this FOTW favorite and we had to oblige!  Come try this sauce that’s sure to take you to Flavortown!  Buffalo Soldier is limited to 6 per person and is sure to sell out, so make sure you get in here to try it! It’s Fish Fry-Day again, Dirty Buffalonians!  Tonight’s beer batter is made with Labatt Blue Light! For those who don’t know, we’re the only restaurant in Virginia to have “Blue Light” on draft and we think it pairs perfect with our fish! Flavor of the Week – Buffalo Soldier Rub

This weeks “Flavor of the Week” is… Buffalo Soldier Rub!  A few weeks back we brought back the sauce version, this week we’re trying it out as a dry rub!  Buffalo Soldier Rub is a Jamaican Jerk seasoning combined with a “Buffalo” seasoning.  We’re sure that if you prefer dry rubs you’ll appreciate this one, heck, even if you don’t, you will!
