Flavor of the Week – Strawbanero BBQ

This weeks “Flavor of the Week” is… Strawbanero BBQ!  We’ve brought back another TDB favorite this week in our Strawbanero (Strawberry & Habanero) BBQ sauce!  If you’ve been a customer for awhile, chances are you’ve had this one at some point.  If you haven’t, then make sure you get in here because this one won’t last!  Wednesday Wing Night includes $.65 Bone-In & Boneless wings, runs from 5-7PM and is dine-in only. Remember, we also do Thursday night Boneless Wing Night from 5-7PM.

Fish Fry-Day Special – “Backbone Battered” Fish ‘n’ Chips

It’s Fish Fry-Day again, Dirty Buffalonians!  Tonight’s beer batter is made with a Virginia favorite, Devils Backbone’s Vienna Lager!  Make sure you stop in for tonight’s Fish Fry-day Special and get a massive portion of fish atop a mound of our famous beer battered french fries.  The fish is served with a small side of coleslaw & your choice of tartar sauce or malt vinegar. 

Flavor of the Week – Sweet & Spicy Blood Orange

This weeks “Flavor of the Week” is… Sweet & Spicy Blood Orange!  If you’ve followed us for the last few years, you know we love to incorporate Oranges into our sauces.  This week we combined FRESH squeezed blood oranges with a sweet & spicy blend of FRESH peppers to create a sauce almost anyone can enjoy!  This one is on a mild to medium heat level, so if your palate craves a little bit of sweet heat, you’ve got to try this one! Wednesday Wing Night includes $.65 Bone-In & Boneless wings, runs from 5-7PM and is dine-in only. Fish Fry-Day Special – “Blue Light Battered” Fish ‘n’ Chips

It’s Fish Fry-Day again, Dirty Buffalonians!  Tonight’s beer batter is made with Labatt Blue Light! For those who don’t know, we’re the only restaurant in Virginia to have “Blue Light” on draft and we think it pairs perfect with our fish! Make sure you stop in tonight for our Fish Fry-day Special and get a massive portion of fish atop a mound of our famous beer battered french fries.  The fish is served with a small side of coleslaw & your choice of tartar sauce or malt vinegar. 

Flavor of the Week – Buffalo Soldier Rub

This weeks “Flavor of the Week” is… Buffalo Soldier Rub!  A few weeks back we brought back the sauce version, this week we’re trying it out as a dry rub!  Buffalo Soldier Rub is a Jamaican Jerk seasoning combined with a “Buffalo” seasoning.  We’re sure that if you prefer dry rubs you’ll appreciate this one, heck, even if you don’t, you will! Dirty Brunch & The Lost Bread “Flavor of the Week”

Don’t, don’t, don’t, don’t, don’t you forget about brunch!  If you didn’t know already, we now open at 10 AM every Sunday morning for Dirty Brunch!  This weeks featured Lost Bread (aka French Toast) “Flavor of the Week” is PB & BB (peanut butter, banana & bacon)!  We’ve got a few omelette’s, sandwiches and a la carte items that we guarantee will leave you full but at the same time, wanting more!  So do your taste buds a favor and come Eat Dirty with us tomorrow morning!

Fish Fry-Day Special – “Orchard Battered” Fish ‘n’ Chips

It’s Fish Fry-Day again, Dirty Buffalonians!  Tonight’s “beer” batter isn’t made with beer at all!  Instead we opted for the crisp pairing of Angry Orchard hard cider, which may seem a little different, but we’re sure you’ll enjoy.  So, make sure you stop in for the Fish Fry-day Special and get a massive portion of fish atop a mound of our famous beer battered french fries.  The fish is served with a small side of coleslaw & your choice of tartar sauce or malt vinegar.
