The Flavor of the Week – Spicy Cherry Mustard

This weeks “Flavor of the Week” is… Spicy Cherry Mustard!  Think Honey Mustard but with the added kick of a traditional Buffalo sauce and a subtle hint of cherries to sweeten it up!  Hat’s off to Russ for coming up with this one on the fly, it’s delicious!  Get here tonight and give it a try!

The Flavor of the Week – Strawberry Chipotle

This weeks “Flavor of the Week” is… Strawberry Chipotle!  Summer time is here and the strawberries are ripe for the pickin’!  We added a little bit of heat to the strawberry sweetness and we think it makes a great wing sauce!  This one will be limited to 6 per guest and is available only while supplies last, so get in here tonight and give it a whirl!

Fish Fry-Day Special – “One Buffalo Battered” Fish ‘n’ Chips

Dirty Buffalonians!  We’ve added another “Taste of Home” to our beer batter arsenal and decided to use Southern Tier’s One Buffalo! If you have yet to try our fish, you don’t know what you’re missing! The Fish Fry-day Special is a massive portion of fish atop a mound of our famous beer battered french fries, served with a small side of coleslaw & your choice of tartar sauce or malt vinegar.

This weeks “Flavor of the Week” is… Memphis BBQ!  Come cure your 4th of July hangover and keep the party going with our sweet and spicy Memphis BBQ. It may be Wing Night but tonight is the perfect time to try our various pulled pork menu items with this limited time BBQ sauce!

This weeks “Flavor of the Week” is… Bloody Mary Buffalo!  We’ve had some great feedback for our house made Bloody Mary mix, so we decided to combine it with a Buffalo sauce base and make it a “Flavor of the Week”!
